Since 1984, we at Hansen have been making our customers' ideas shine. Specialising in the development and production of light sources and the associated electronics, we have constantly developed over the years and today sell our innovative LED products all over the world.
It is our goal to manufacture products that permanently fulfil the requirements and expectations of our customers. To achieve this, we use state-of-the-art processes and production facilities.
Our innovative competence has now been officially tested and certified.
The Certification Body for Research Grants has officially recognised us as an innovation driver and awarded us the BSFZ Seal 2023 for in-house research and development. The BSFZ is commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
"The BSFZ seal proves that a company researches and develops. Companies can use this seal to demonstrate their entrepreneurial innovation competence to the public," says Dr. Andreas Hoffknecht, Head of the Certification Office for Research Grants.
The seal is a sign of successful admission to the BSFZ funding programme and thus a significant recognition of innovation activities. The following Hansen projects were currently examined by a consortium of BSFZ experts as part of the application process and recognised as eligible for funding:
Project 1HarzLicht Development of a new potting process for electrical parts with precise line guidance (accuracy ± 1 mm) and semi-automatic software control for optimised material flows.
Project 2KombiLight Development of energy-efficient, compact LED systems with new interfaces, increased CRI>97, improved weather protection, and modular functions such as radio remote control.
With the receipt of the BSFZ seal and the associated financial support, we are now in a position to intensify our research and development work and further expand our position in the market.
We are pleased about this award and will continue to work on offering our customers innovative solutions.
