Neon EVGs

The roots of our success lie in the field of electronic converters/ballasts for neon tubes. In 1984, the company "Hansen Neon" was founded with the production of the then novel electronic ballasts.

Neon tubes were largely replaced by LEDs at the beginning of the 2000s. LED illumination has improved greatly since the early years and is now "state of the art".

Nevertheless, there are still numerous applications today where there is no substitute for the look and feel of a neon tube.

EVGs are required to operate the tubes. We offer a selection of EVGs for tubes from 8 mm to 22 mm, for blue and red discharge, with different outputs and some of them dimmable.
