The project:
The Saxon company Novus air is one of the market-leading specialists for extraction and dust removal systems. The AIRTOWER product is a filter tower that sucks up rising welding smoke in industrial halls and thus ensures clean air in addition to extraction at the workplace.
In order to stand out from the competition as a premium supplier not only technically but also visually, Novus air always attaches great importance to an appealing product design.
The implementation:
Uniform, wide-area illumination instead of an unobservable gradient - Hansen was happy to take on this task and has since delivered a suitable LED module that produces homogeneous light in the desired white tone.
Bork Honscha, designer at Novus air, is very satisfied with the cooperation: "Building our own caused us a lot of installation work, which we now save by having Hansen supply us with a ready-to-connect solution. On top of that, it looks much better and enhances our product considerably in terms of the overall design.
The technical details:
Hansen produces a luminous panel tailored to the size of the logo circle, which is mounted behind the front flap of the filter tower. For this purpose, Novus air only has to fasten four screws.
A flashing mode of the LEDs is used to indicate operating states, for example to signal the need for maintenance.
